How do I book classes?
Unique Strength uses Mindbody. All you have to do is download the app, search for us and Book!
How do I purchase the Newbie Week?
If you have never been to Unique Strength, after you create a profile and select the class you want to book, the newbie option will be available to you. If you have already been to our gym, this option will not appear for you.
How early should I arrive to class?
Great question! We open our doors for class 10 minutes to the start of class time.
Oh no, I'm running late!
To respect the time of our Members, Instructors, and the Schedule, we do not permit late entry into any of our classes. The doors open 10 minutes before the start of class and lock at the start of class time.
What happens if I miss a class I was registered for?
If you no show to a class you are booked for and are a member, you will be charged a $10 no show fee. If you are using a pass, you will lose the pass. This also applies to late cancels (cancellations within the 12 hour window).
What is your late cancel window?
We want you here, but if in the case you need to cancel, please make sure you do so before our 12 hour window starts. This is considered a late cancel if you cancel any time within 12 hours to the start of class time.
Do you have shoe and yoga mat rentals?
Yes, we do have spin shoe and yoga mats available for a $2 fee to rent.
Do you provide towel service?
We sure do!
How do I know what muscle groups we will be working in a class?
Unless It is stated in a class name, you should assume you've got a full body workout ahead of you! Hope you're excited!
How do I purchase a membership?
Yay! Welcome to our community! If you'd like to commit to a membership with us, you'll need to head to Mindbody via a web browser. Select the online store, contract option, and then the membership of choice. If you have any questions, shoot us a message on Instagram!
Do you have showers?
We do not have showers, but you're more than welcome to freshen up in our Restrooms.
Do you have beginner level classes?
Most of our classes are all levels welcome (except our Hip Hop Step classes). We can accomodate modifications and weight ranges for any of our strength classes.
What should I bring with me to class?
First, an "I will try" attitude, because we won't know until we try. Second, water and that's it! Unless you're coming to yoga and spin and have your own shoes/mat, we'll handle the rest!
